Not necessarily. Teslas don't need the same type of maintenance compared to most other vehicles, but every vehicle benefits from regularly scheduled maintenance. Tesla vehicles have fewer moving parts, and don't need regular fluid changes, so while maintenance may be somewhat less frequent, it's still recommended.
